Refunds
Final Sale: All tour bookings are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting time and location receive no refund or rescheduling option.
Mid-Tour Arrival/Departure: Arriving late or leaving an active tour early means no refunds for unused services or portions of the trip.
No refunds are issued for disruptions caused by unsafe weather, acts of nature, war, or events beyond company control.
Exchanges
If the tour is cancelled due to low enrollment or other operational reasons, you are entitled to a full refund or a credit note valid for one year.
Overview
Costa Blanca Scene reserve the right to make amendments to the tour itinerary when necessary, such as meeting place, time and stops. We will communicate these changes as early as possible.
If one of our guests should experience a medical emergency, personal issue or theft of personal belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred or circumstances with which may result in early termination of your tour.
We ensure that all care is taken when selecting destinations and suppliers for our tours, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury or the failure to provide an acceptable level of service.
